The Brief

1MDB wants to lift the national spirit during the celebration of 2012 Malaysia Day. They wanted an advertisement that can engage the public to interact with them, not just merely sending a celebration message.

The Solution

Because of its identity as the most famous national dish (and Malaysian really take their foods seriously!), we devised the ad with Nasi Lemak as its theme, combined with relatable copywriting about its ingredients to signify unity. Hashtag #ForeverMalaysia was created to enable the public to share their stories about Malaysia and engage them with 1MDB through social media.
